          My father and stepmothers future retirement home must be supported by renting to vacationers in the summer months.  It is on a quiet street bordering a nature sanctuary where Great Blue Herons come to fish in the pond directly behind the house.  There is a deck with a grill in the back that looks over that pond.  There are also many shade trees in the 1/3 acre yard to sit under.   

          It is about 5 minutes to the Bass River Beach where there is fishing and parasailing and you can walk for miles.  It is also minutes to other town beaches on the ocean side of the cape.  It is only a 5-minute walk to a freshwater pond called Long Pond where there is another beach and you can also put in a canoe.  It is near the bike path and many other attractions and good places to eat.  It is also within walking distance to many stores.

          There are 2 roomy bedrooms and a bath and a half, in which there are 2 twin beds and a king as well as a new full sleeper sofa in the living room.   You will find the washer/dryer in the back bedroom closet.  There is a dining room and a well-equipped galley kitchen as well as a sun-room.  There are 2 microwaves and 3 TVs to choose from.  There is a fireplace, 2 telephones and air-conditioning and a treadmill.
